1. After you have set up a PIN you will be prompted to enter it each time you wish to open a received secure message

2. In case you have forgotten your PIN code please have in mind there is a daily limit of 10 failed PIN attempts. After the daily limit exceeds you will be notified you can either try again tomorrow or reset your PIN

3. If you decide to reset the PIN simply click on the Reset pin button

4. An email will be sent to you with a link to follow

5. After you click on the Reset Pin you will be required to submit the answer to your security question. Once you confirm it you will be able to set up the new 6-digit PIN and select a security question

6. Once everything’s confirmed you will be asked to re-enter the new PIN code

7. Once this is done you will have your access back and be able to check received secure messages
